I would like to add “read a book” somewhere in there, preferably between “wear a big sweater” and “drink tea”. those are 3 of my FAVORITE things to do when i’m feeling sad. :)

firstly, coffee is evil…secondly, i agree with the water wtf? i’ve always used twice boiled or thrice boiled tap water…am i supposed to empty the kettle every time and will it with britta filtered water? i’m seriously at a loss…only drink rain water? fetch it from a pond/well/brooke?

Coffee and Tea have equally delicious but delightfully unique properties. Also, yeah the water, wtf? I use tap and it is still yummy.

They mean don’t just use it straight from tap

I FOUND IT!!!

My motivation!! I started working out again, and I know it’s silly but it already feels like its making a difference! I am working my way back to where I was when I was in high school… yay me!!!
